long time

well long time no write. sorry it was a jam packed time spell. school is done for the semester, youth is going well, and well life is ok. ive got a crap ton of pics to post, and more to talk about, but ill do that later.

no deer yet

so in the midst of seeing a crap ton of lady deer, im still waiting for the one boyfriend deer to show. so far mr. border and i have seen around 20 or so deer. this is great because we know that soon a male deer will walk in and then drive out in mr borders truck.(thanks to one of us.) the weather has been a bit on the warm side, but no complaints out of this hunter. oh yea thanksgiving was 10lbs great. the one good thing about having a southern family is, that youget a gigantic portion of home made food. we;; wish us good luck, 5:15 in the morn comes fast. but how else are you going to get a deer.(no cars dont count.) later gaters.

back in class

WELL IM BACK IN CLASS. I GUESS I SHOULD BE DOING OTHER THINGS BUT, THIS IS FUN. NEXT SEMESTER STARTS SOON AND I SHOULD HAVE MY CLASSES PICKED SOON. ILL BE IN INDY THIS WEEKEND WITH THE FAMILY. THEN BACK IN CLARE TO HUNT, THEN BACK IN LANSING WITH THE YOUTH ON SAT. WOW DIDNT KNOW YOU COULD FIT SO MUCH IN 3 DAYS. LATER

state meeting

well everyone im at our annual state meeting. its cool to see how God is working in our state. it really has made me think, its not about how big you have to be to reach, or how much money we need to do anything. it about just going and reaching people. no more excuses, just go out and do it. God will reward it, why wouldnt he; thats what he wants. what do we care about, what kind of music i like, what kind of programs i like, or what kinda stuff will reach lost people. 8 million lost/unchurched people in MI. what are we doing to cut that number in half.

yea the tigers won game 2 now all they need to do is win the next 3. then they will be the best team in the world!!!!! ill have more houses to be in prayer for in the morn. see ya

well this week has been fun. class, work, surgery, and the joy of every christian, a business meeting.
well it should be fun, in the mean time, ive got two more houses to pray for. the guys of the Theta Delta Chi ( local national ) they are a small house on campus, but with Gods help can do many things for him. also be in prayer for the girls of the Beta Xi chapter of Delta Gamma (anchor away girls) ( local national ) being a larger house on campus these girls have influence and numbers on the majority of other houses. be in prayer that God move in these houses, that he raise up leaders to do his work. got to go and reserve my back seat for the meeting soon so later.

new week

well its a new week, tennessee won yesterday, and i also found out that the Cobbs are moving to our neck of the woods.(yea) you cant ask for two more eagure servents of God to have at our church.be in prayer for them, they have a big move to do. they are Matt and Jill. wow one of my smarter youth just locked themself out of the church. this wouldnt be so funny except that i asked her to un-lock the doors so that all the kids could get in for church. blonds cant live with them and cant live without them either.(i mean to make fun of, sorry if youre a blond and reading this. i was blond this summer) well i got some drama to deal with..... girls Lord help me!!!!

harvest dinner

well the harvest dinner is over, and thank you to all who came. it was a fun night of food, farm animals, good music, and company. every year our fire dept puts it on at the Peacock Road Tree Farm. its open to the public and we get people from all over. classes are still going well and life with kadee couldnt get better. we took the day fri to get away from everyone and go shopping. which we did very well, we didnt spend a dime at the first six stores. then came bed bath and beond!! do i need to say anything else, how can you not spend money in it. thats aal i can think of for now, greek life is going well and i should be metting with drew this week so that will be fun. hes a cool guy ill have two houses for the week on mon after class. see ya

fresh start

well its been awhile and time gets lost in the midst oth things. i would first like to start off with saying thank you to all who prayed this last week durring Rush at MSU. from what ive heard it was a great. this week i would like to pray for the girls at the Alpha Tau chapter of Sigma Kappa ( local national ) i would also like to pray for the Guys Delta Chi ( local national ) be in prayer that God will open the doors of these and many more houses this fall, and that he will take over the Greek community. something new we're going to be doing this fall is pod casting. most sun night sermons and most Greek life bible studys are going to be put online for y'all who want to know what goes on. ill have the site and link set up soon. kadee and i are doing fine, i found out last week that in oct she and jamie are moving to alma. we have a wedding this weekend to go to. classes have been going well, i like my profs and from what i can tell they like me just fine. as a good southern baptist i sit in the same seat in the back every class time, and bring my dish to pass( sometimes candy or other stuff to eat durring class) and why you may ask do you sit in the back, simple thats where the goof offs sit. and that as a christian is who i want to meet and get to know. besids i was once a goof off. i konw shock of a life time tell me about it. everyone always says that they're lost causes, but God didnt give up on me so who am i to blow him off. hes given me a great oppertunity a school and id be a fool to waist it. are you making the most of every oppertunity.(work, family,school,friends) if not why. think about it this week. that will be my Mrs. Beaver quote of the week. thats it for now later gaters!!

well i got back from The Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate the birth of Kim Border. it was a great day to spend with the borders, play in the water, eat steak, and take a road trip. so now that were back in reality i can look forword to class and work this whole week. ill be at a conf on mon, hazmat trainning tue, youth and college bible studies on wed, wow thats it. so be in prayer for the greeks this week, iits RUSH week at MSU. i hope they all get like 20 pledges and keep them all. thats it for now, ill have pics from up north in the morn and from the youth rally. see ya

well were back in class and look angel doesnt work again. half the class can take the online test and half cant. wow glad our tuition is going to stuff that works. well i should go and listen. see ya

1 year

wow its hard to believe that kadee and i have been dating for a year now. a lots happend, two summer youth camps, school , holidays, a college trip to OK, and a year of Greek Life. man life doesnt slow down for anything. i think the thing that has helped us most are our relationships with God. so we see each other 1-2 every 2-3 weeks well, it could be worse. but what time we do get is nice, we will just drive for a day. go see somewhere in the state we've never been to. its nice to just get away some times, you'd think being in ministry i work on sun. right? yea you find a minister who just works on sun and ill......... do something weird. sure i work sun, the whole day, then theres my time in the office, them time on campus with the Greeks, them the 2 youth bible studies/week, them aGreek bible study, them i meet with Drew every week. and thats a week with no spur of the moment calls of distress or extra meetings. now you can see why what time baby beaver and i get is so nice. its nice to have someone to do things with, including ministry. oh yea pray for us this weekend we have another youth rally in jackson. we hope for 300+ kids this time. pray that God provide the students and that NOoppertunity to share the love of jesus go bye. thats all for now, see ay

sunday sunday

to day was a long sunday for some reason. we had an ok crowd today. with a new family who had 4 kids. yea more kids/ and youth for the church. well the lugnuts game was cool, i had 3 adults and 8 youth go(2 that became christians durring the 4th inning) they are michelle and taylor. be in prayer for them as the devil lost 2 more. id have pics but my little side kick shorty(steph) hasent e-mailed them to me. So sorry ill hound here more to get then to me. the lugnuts won and the fireworks were great. well its almost back to school for all my students and let me tell you how happy they are. i think they would rather clean the church for a year than step foot in the schools. but oh well they'll get over it. i feel its going to be a great ministry year for us at the southside saits'ish in lansing. hope all is well ofor you all till next time see ya

well i had my first calss of the year. it was fun, and shock here we had homework on the first day. it wasnt hard and is done, if any of you know me thats a big win for me.(scince class isnt till tue.) be in prayer for kadee and her family, they have been going through some really hard stuff. so on my day off, im watching the musical RENT. it is and always be the greatest musicals ever. in the midst of greats like the Music Man, West Side Story, or even The Sound Of Music, none compair!!!! (Disclaimer: the movie does have some things in it which biblicaly i do have a prob with, but if you can look past it. close your eyes and know that sin is everywhere and its are job to take God to everyone. you can enjoy the music and maybe have a new outlet to share the gosple to others, rather than saying its trash and filth. cause thats the response people are looking for to turn them away from the lord. tonight is our youth group night at the Lugnuts. it should be fun tonight ill have pics later tonight or in the morn. thats is for now so later gaters!!

our friend Tina Aceti is an alumni of this house. she has been a huge help in starting Msu Greek Life Ministry. Next are the g uys of, sigma alpha epsilon ( national only.) check them out and be in prayer for all the greeks as school starts soon.

this week we will be praying for the boys of,Pi Kappa Alpha(local,national) and the girls of Chi Omega(local,national) Chi Omega is the home of, Maggie and Lauren. pray that God would continue to grow thesetwo young ladies, and that more greek girls would come to know him as a result of their lives. same for the Pikes, they are known for well you can guess. but that dosent mean God loves them any less or they should be treated poorly. pray that God will change them to a house full of the spirit. with his help this next year big things are going to happen with the Greek community at MSU, hope to have you all as a part of if. please e-mail me any ? you might have. back from camp .......

well i made it back from camp again. i was asked to go up to another student camp and speak. it was great, even though we lost power, were very hot, and so very busy!!! man it seems as if the summer is a time to take a break and not do anything. but man this summer has been non stop. camp after camp, vacation, mission trip, and school starting up. wow i would like to crawl in a hole and come out next week, but i know thats not in Gods plan. so ill just grit my teeth and count on him for my strenght. Pray forr kadee, shes going through a rough week, and has so big choices to make in the next week. pray that she has a peace of mind and spirit about what he would have her to do. pray that we are ok with what he says and honors it. pray that i dont burn out befor school starts, cause its going to be a long year. well thats it till mon, ill be meeting with drew and will have 2 new houses to pray for.

wow

wowo was i shocked last night. ive always prayed for a lot of kids to be in my youth room, but last night God came in huge. 22 youth in one time, that beat my record of 15 last year.it was so cool to see the diversity in the room also. i think we had like 70-75 kids last night(which we were not ready for.) but made due and 7 are new christians. how cool is that. God works every day in ways that make me sit down in a stuper. but its so nice, hes so big and ........ wow!! so now after opening my mouth i have to fork out pizza for everyone. man what a shame. id get pizza every week to keep growing like this. well thats it for know. see ya
